I want to buy a zodiac staff for fire.
I want it to have +10 energy (damage and req not matter)
Halves skill recharge %20.
Then I want it inscriptable or halves casting time of Fire Magic Spells.
I wont pay extra gold for any mod other than %20 enchant wrapping and adept stafff head.
