1. Wand +5 Energy Above 50% |HSR Curses 20% or HSR 10%| Req pref Soul Reaping or curses. Offhand +12 Energy bottom mods do not matter as much but should be max, +1 Curses 20% HSR and HCR or HSR and +30 health, any of those work fine.
2. Wand +15 Energy -1 Regen. Offhand +15 Energy -1 Regen (Offhand only. Needs to be req soul reaping or curses. Added mods on either of these would be nice)
3. Staff HSR 10% or HSR 20% Curses +60 Health.
Mesmer
1. Wand +15 Energy -1 Regen. Offhand +15 Energy -1 Regen (Offhand only. Needs to be req fast casting or inspiration. Added mods on would be nice)
