Searing Flames nerf

except you can spread out SH so much more than SF. SF is just this one little area. sorry to say it but i love using arcane echo with SH (for pve) and then spread out the mobs with one and keep dervs/wars away from all the squishies with the other. it actually makes SF look pitiful, especially since SF doesnt break aggro. add in some more aoes like teineis and searing and you can move mobs to wherever you please. SF cant do that, it just does a little bit of burning and some damage ~60.
