Play NC Master Account System Sucks

Alright, I have suspicions about my account being hacked because my items keep dissapearing and I've never given out my password. So when I went to the 'change password' link in the GW game client it referred me to PlayNC.com, so I went ahead and made a master account. Then it said to change passwords and such I'd have to add the game serial codes (The access keys right?) so I got all 3 access keys for my GW Campaigns and entered them. The thing is, whenever I entered any of the access keys it would always say invalid serial or some crap like that. This is getting me frustrated and making me think that maybe I have an acount that was automatically created when I intergrated GW with PlayNC. But I have no idea what the username or password would be to log on to it and change my GW password. I contacted PlayNC's support system but they keep giving me the run-around answers and giving me information I already know, not to mention 2 days later answers. It's freaking ridiculous, shouldn't changing my password be easier than this? Anyways, do you guys have any idea what's wrong or if you know how to find out the account name and pass of the intergration of GW with PlayNC? I'd really appreciate it.

It wont refer you to Play nc if it isn't hooked up to an account. If its reffering you there, that means it was attached to a PLay nc account. Try doing a forgot password/username with your current e-mail

I would like to know if you ever got anywhere with this because i was trying to change my password and had the same problem. Also a guildie got their account hacked and most of their taken with a few bits left to take again when they wasn't on, they also had no way of changing their password

can u not do it without contacting NCsupport? Im pretty sure i did it on the once i logged onto Gw...
