arcing shot

Could arcing shot be used in a spike? Or is it just too likely to miss? With its extended air time and damage bonus could you spike with maybe a conjuring r/e or r/rt to time to the landing with your standard spike.....savage,dual,forked,distracting,maybe quickshot. and so forth? idk just musing here maybe its been discussed before.
