Any Enherant Dammage mod? Or Inscriptable?
If no damage mod= whatever the mods are worth
If inscriptable= Depends on requirement.

Umm not really because the buyer knows there is a chance of losing the 2nd mod when salvaging the 1st so I'd salvage the 20/20 and sell for ~15k and then the +30 and sell for 10k if the axe doesn't break after the 1st salvage.
