Expertise: 9 (8+1)
Marksmanship: 11 (10+1)
Wilderness Survival: 16 (12+4)

- Serpent's Quickness (Wilderness Survival)
- Incendiary Arrows [Elite] (Wilderness Survival)
- Needling Shot (Marksmanship)
- Called Shot (Ranger other)
- Flurry (Warrior other)
- Lightning Reflexes (Expertise)
- Troll Unguent (Wilderness Survival)
- Sunspear Rebirth Signet ()

Sideboard:
- Natural Stride (Wilderness Survival) instead of Lightning Reflexes as a defense stance (in physical damage heavy areas)
- Dryder's Defenses (Wilderness Survival) instead of Lightning reflexes as a defense stance (in elemental damage heavy areas)

Thrown out:
- Throw Dirt (Expertise), because it requires touch range
- Storm Chaser (Wilderness Survival), because it requires elemental damage to be useful

Build execution
- Serpent's Quickness --> Incendiary Arrows. A little known fact is the stance ends when you hit <50% HP, not if you Have <50% HP. Therefore, if you are out of aggro range casting Incendiary arrows you should be fine.
-Flurry is used when there is need of more interruption
-Needling shot is used when there is no blocking and your regular attacks don't cut it. It allows penetration of those high armor targets
-Called shot is used on blocking or fleeing targets
- Lightning Reflexes is used when Flurry is not so much an option, as in there are mobs hitting you with arrows/spears, etc.
- Troll Unguent is your regen-based heal.

Similar to the build I used in Ruins of Morah along with Morghan equiping Pyschic Instability for the knockdown.

When Critical Agility wasn't tied to CS you could get a good IAS and since CA wasn't a stance and didn't crap on Serpent's Quickness. But they killed that within 2 days.
