New "Test updates" subforum

I remember way back in the mists of time there was a subforum (or a thread, I think forum) for discussing the weekend skill balances (the trail ones) with anet increasingly asking for more opinions on its lastest balance and especially the PvE skills - perhaps its time to res this?

then again I may have dreamt it
