PC on 2 golds please

Should I sell them as they are or mod them, in those cases, what are they both worth unmodded and modded?

Bow - ~4-5k.
Axe - ~30k.
Don't mod either, waste of money.

Ok, but the sticked rare item guide says that the axes mod is about 100-150k? Is it old and not updated or has the prices for chaos axes just gone down?

Both The thread hasn't been updated in ages and rainknight quit GW asfaik and chaos axes have fallen in price.
