Yes, they're back. Due to both popular demand, and the fact that the old sets were out of date, (They were missing MANY skills)....couple with the fact there are new professions all together, I'm remaking the old icons sets.
These ones will be full skills sets (Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall) both elite and non-elite skills.
I've only just begun work on the new sets, so it'll still be a little bit till I have them all up. However, as a sign of good faith, I have already completed the assassin skills set.
To simplify links this time around, I'm going to be hosting these packages off my main site:
http://www.northwind-graphics.com/icons.html
In addition to posting the sets on there, I'll update this post whenever a new set is released. Currently my plans are to work in alphabetical order of profession. (Assassin, Dervish, Elementalist, etc etc)
Naturally I'm open to any suggestions you guys may have, and I'll do my best to incorporate them. Last time around an actual "Guild Wars" Icon was one that was requested, so I'll be adding one in to the "General" Icons package.
Installation Instructions are as follows:
Each Icon Collection is its own self extracting executable. Simple onscreen instructions will guide you through the process of installing these onto your computer.
To Change Windows Icons (My Computer, Recycling Bin, Etc Etc)
Step One: Right click on the desktop and select the "Properties" option from the menu.

Step Five: Hit "Browse" and navigate to the folder where you extracted the Icon Collection you wish to use.

Step Four: Hit "Browse" and navigate to the folder where you extracted the Icon Collection you wish to use.

well, thank you for the warm praise of the other art I have up there. :P
I should have the Dervish icon set done this weekend. look for it late Sunday night.
Still waiting to hear from you guys if there's any other icons you want me to do up aside from the default ones based on the different skills.

Very nice idea. I'm now waiting for the Dervish icons.
Let me suggest another idea: what about a cursor set for the mouse?
I'd love to see my cursor as the GW

Hey, excellent work there. I really like this version and the last version too. To bad you havent done the Paragon yet but still awesome.

Those look sweet, and when your Dervish one comes out I'll be making use of some of those ones . Since you seem to be looking for suggestions for other ideas, you could do icons based on the different heroes from the games, or the various baddies... just suggestions though.

Any updates on this? I love your icons, but its been a little over 2 months since you said the dervish set would be out soon. Please tell me you are still working on these!
Also, your site seems to be down right now.
