At what mission might i be able to access some luxon armors >O!

You can craft Luxon armor at Cavalon, or if you want the 15k version, you have to wait until Levethian Pits. You reach Cavalon after you finish Sunjiang District, and choose to be Luxon. You will continue along that side of the story until you finish Gyala Hatchery, when you will end up in the Pits.

Also, if memory serves, once you finish Boreas Seabed, you can walk through a few areas and get to Cavalon before doing Sunjiang District. This takes a while though.
