"They're on fire" and "There's nothing to fear", both reduce dmg by certain xx%, but are they stack with each other or cancle each other out?

They'll stack, sorta. You use yur first shout, say They're on Fire, and it reduces the damage by lets say 25%. Then you use the other shout, it takes the previously reduced damage and reduces it again by it's percentage. So lets say the original hit was 100 points, and each skill does 25% less damage.

100 - 25% = 75 damage - 25% = 56 damage to you before armor, etc
