Hmm I'm new to this game and I can't understand these materials.

Sometimes monsters drops some salvage materials, what should I do with them?
Do I create weapons/armors with them? If yes, How do I do that?

I'm level 6 and suffering in Old Ascalon...

Thanks for reading!

Yes, you can pay to have armor and weapons crafted from the materials. You can find crafters in certain towns. You can also buy salvage kits and salvage materials yourself from other items. There is also a material trader if you wish to just buy some (or sell some, sometimes the traders will give you more money than the standard merchants).

Thanks for answering.

Hmm but do I need a lot of materials to create an item?
For exemple if I want a warrior armor on my level, what and how much salvage materials do I need?

Hmm just to finish witth my questions, about henchmans (I know it isn't the right thread, but It's better than starting a new one).

Where and how do I hire henchmans? I can't fight Old Ascalon by myself, they are too strong :/

Right near the exit, you should see 4 NPC's (alesia, stefan, orion, and reyna), just click on them and then invite them to your party. Alternatively, if you can't find them, hit P to open your party window, click on the henchmen tab and select them there.

Hmm nice thx.

In Old Ascalon I can get only 4 members on a party right?

If I put Alesia and Orion along with my and a friend (both warrior/monk) should we do the quests without problems?

Press Alt when you are in town, you should see some NPC's(their names are in green) with a [henchmen] tag behind it. Just click on them and add them into your party. In ascalon you can have up to 4 people in your party(including yourself)

Yes. Later it will increase to 6 and then to 8, but also the number of henchmen to choose from will increase.

Yes, if you do most of the quests and also level up in the process. But also the kill order may determine how successful you are. When you fight weak mobs you and your friend could attack different targets to kill a group faster and focus on the same target when you fight stronger enemies (Charr for example), usually trying to kill the healer(s) first.
