Leechers

Have you noticed that leechers are starting to become more common, especially in Alliance battles, and other things relating to that.
Truly, I have no problem if they decide to do nothing. What bugs me is, they receive the reward for doing nothing.
What I suggest is:
1. Implement something to prevent leechers from receive the reward for doing nothing.
2. Put something in the ToS against it.

So far, like 8 out of 10 times at Fort Aspenwood, I am with a group with (a) leecher(s). And most of the time it has been with the same person.

Something just needs to be done about leeching.
