A/x build I guess...
cgfreak
Golden Fox Strike
Fox Fangs
Nine Tail Strike
Way of the Assassin
Critical Eye
Critical Agility
Way of Perfection
Res skill
Dagger Mastery: 11+1+2
Critical Strikes: 12+2
Shadow Arts: 6+1
The general idea is that your critical rate is insane. The attack skills deal a chain of additional unblockable damage, Critical Agility gives you a (slight) armour boost (depending on you Sunspear Rank, of course) and because of your critical rate(which is over 70%), you do some massive self-healing.
Energy is no issue because you gain 4 energy with each critical hit, so I advise using Survivor insignia's and the best Rune of Vigor possible.

Agreed, also the unblockable damage isn"t really useful when it comes to pve, i'd rather go for something like death blossem, twisting fangs, unsuspecting strike etc. The rest is pretty ok though

Kournan Archer use Whirlwing Defense, Madness Titans use Mirage cloak and Arm of Insanity use Lightning Reflex quite often befire using Call to the torments (which can makes some problem if you and your physical attackers team can't hit them).

[skill]Expose Defenses[/skill] can always enter your bar when needed

If you wish to use deadly arts off course. On the other side, Fox Sins have a place in a team.

There is no need to invest AP in Deadly Arts when using Expose Defenses, since the duration of 5 seconds at an Attribute lvl of 0 (7 seconds @ a lvl 2 Deadly Arts lvl, since you'll have 5 Ap's left if using this build) is enough for an Assassin to kill the target. When using the right attack skills that is, which isn't really the case in this build.
Also, when the target is hexed you can use the imo superior 'black' attacks.
f.e. Black Lotus strike if you need energy, or Black Spider Strike if you need damage + poison. Both of them also makes you skip the lead attack, meaning it will be faster to get to the superior dual attacks, like Death Blossom or Twisting Fangs.
Which brings me to the last point: What do you expect to do in the like 4 seconds when you're chain if finished? Wait until the skills are recharged?
I would say swap in Moebius Strike for Way of the Assassin and switch Nine Tail Strike with Death Blossom. Both Death Blossom and Moebius Strike have a recharge time of 2 seconds (0 seconds actually if the targets health is below 50% and you hit with MS). Also meaning that when you're hit is blocked you won't have to wait 8 seconds before you can hit again.

Jus making things very before Im off of this thread, you exchange a lead for a hex to make your Black attacks ready. But your hex is like your lead attack and its not faster than we think. It just a skip for a lead and make a hex your primary "lead attack" until it removed.
Anyway, back to topic.
I was thinking about if you're focused on healing I was thinking [skill]Locust's Fury[/skill] for Dual attack and also, without Way of the Assassin, you still have a high critical hit.

i run very similar build... altho i dont use anything to stop blocking...
instead of rez i bring [skill]critical defenses[/skill] and for attack skills i use [skill]golden phoenix strike[/skill][skill]death blossom[/skill][skill]moebius strike[/skill] and if really needed (in human groups) [skill]critical strike[/skill]
to keep my ehcnantments up longer and not having any issues with energy
PS... in areas with [skill]stone sheath[/skill] ull still get a critical hit with critical strike

That depends, since you don't have to be the one to cast the hex. Also hexes can be cast from a distance, which is an advantage since as an Assassin you don't want to rush in head first because you won't survive very long that way.
Still, if you really count how long it takes to get to the dual-attacks there won't be a real difference. But since hexes provide rather nice bonusses on their own this won't be a problem. Nicer ones then the lead attacks imo:
[skill]Siphon Speed[/skill]
[skill]Expose Defenses[/skill]
[skill]Dark Prison[/skill]
[skill]Augury of Death[/skill]
But it is al a matter of taste.

...Expunge Enchantments, Lead Interupt, Off-Hand (Wild Strike), Dual HeavyDmg. Owned. Maybe.... YET TO BE TESTED.

It's a good build, I think. I'd use it for all those annoying times I've had to plunge (repeatedly) into enemies that popped up blocking skills. Only trouble is if you get crippled and can't actually reach an enemy. That would remove your only healing.
