Sideboard:
- Wallow's Bite (Blood Magic) instead of Touch of Agony for those that own Nightfall and Factions only
- Enchanted Haste (Wind Prayers) instead of Test of faith
- Awaken the Blood (Blood Magic) if you are confident enough to sacrifice double the HP for a marginal gain of 10ish damage on the blood skills
Thrown out:
- Blood Ritual (Blood Magic) instead iof Harrier's Geasp, exchanging snare for party support (thrown out because you're in fornt lines anyway)
Concept:
Dwayna's 60HP gain should offset any health sacrifice form Touch of Agony and Blood of the Agressor. In addition, it strips hexes.
Plague touch is for condition removal with 0 recharge, so it doubles as a trigger for Dwayna.
The spam skills are 5 energy to facilitate...spammage

Ok out of the several builds you posted to me this is the most interesting, could work but i've never seen anything like this used before so i'm gunn have to try it before i say anything else.
