pc on 2 gold req 9 axes

can i have a price check on these two gold axes please

1) crippling crescent ace of fortitude
Slashing dmg 6-28 (req9)
Lengethens crippled duration 33%
Health +29
Inscription "vengence is mine"
dmg +20% (while health i below 50%)

2) Barbed axe of fortitude
Slashing dmg 6-28 (req9)
health + 30
inscription "measure for measure"

also i can change the inscription on the barbed axe to "Strength and Honor" (15>50)
would this be worthwhile or should i just not bother

#1 - 5k or so, skin is in low demand.
#2 - Salvage the +30hp and sell for 10k, the axe skin itself is very common so I suggest you merch it or give to hero rather than waste time trying to sell for 1-3k. Also don't mod it if you intend to sell.
