In my quest to make battle rage up 100% of the time...
The only way to keep it up 100% of the time is with all attack skills.
It's kind of weird because I found out you can use melee attacks from Scythe Mastery on melee weapons.
================================================== ========
Warrior/Dervish
Level: 20
Strength: 11 (10+1)
Hammer Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Scythe Mastery: 8
- Battle Rage [Elite] (Strength) <-- 33% speed buff + double adrenaline from attacks
- Staggering Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- weakness
- Fierce Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- +42 damage on weakened foe
- Auspicious Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- +21 damage, 8 energy from weakened foe
- Crushing Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- 5 energy, deep wound
- Irresistible Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- knock down blocking foes
- Reap Impurities (Scythe Mastery) <-- +21 damage, 47 HP heal (problem is the 10 energy cost)
- Resurrection Signet ()
Yeh, it's that ridiculous...the problem is without a Hammer elite you can't knock down without ending the stance. There goes that idea... let's try with an axe:
Warrior/Dervish
Level: 20
Strength: 11 (10+1)
Axe Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Scythe Mastery: 8
- Battle Rage [Elite] (Strength)
- Dismember (Axe Mastery)
- Agonizing Chop (Axe Mastery)
- Executioner's Strike (Axe Mastery)
- Furious Axe (Axe Mastery)
- Victorious Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Reap Impurities (Scythe Mastery)
- Resurrection Signet ()
or sword:
Warrior/Dervish
Level: 20
Strength: 11 (10+1)
Swordsmanship: 16 (12+4)
Scythe Mastery: 8
- Battle Rage [Elite] (Strength)
- Sever Artery (Swordsmanship)
- Gash (Swordsmanship)
- Standing Slash (Swordsmanship)
- Distracting Blow (Warrior other)
- Victorious Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Reap Impurities (Scythe Mastery)
- Resurrection Signet ()

A more normal build would probably be along the lines of
Warrior/Dervish
Level: 20
Strength: 11 (10+1)
Axe Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Wind Prayers: 8
- Battle Rage [Elite] (Strength)
- Dismember (Axe Mastery)
- Bull's Strike (Strength)
- Lacerating Chop (Axe Mastery)
- Disrupting Chop (Axe Mastery)
- Harrier's Grasp (Wind Prayers)
- Natural Healing (Wind Prayers) <-- since you cannot use Lion's Comfort
- Resurrection Signet ()
Sideboard:
-Agonizing Chop (Axe Mastery) instead of Disrupting Chop
It's an interesting skill, but not that useful.
So, has anyone thought of a way to use it (Battle Rage) reliably?
100% Battle rage?

The main problem with Battle Rage, other than the fact you have no IAS (that isn't IWAY), is that you lose all your adrenaline when you refresh the stance itself and you can't bring anything that is in any way useful for survival for yourself or the rest of your team because it also ends.
The only use i've found for Battle Rage is in my old Ettin Farming build that used maintaned enchantments.
It might be possible to use it with Whirling Attack since you'd charge that up alot faster and could use it to pretty much instantly charge your entire bar.

11 or 12 tactics, 14 or 15 axe mastery, 10 or 11 strength ...this is what I use alot....
[skill]enraging charge[/skill] [skill]battle rage[/skill] [skill]furious axe[/skill] [skill]dismember[/skill][skill]agonizing chop[/skill] [skill]healing signet[/skill] [skill]defensive stance[/skill]
For the other skill you can use res signet, [skill]mending touch[/skill] or [skill]executioner's strike[/skill]
The point in the build is to spam agonizing chop to really pressure your target.
