PC on gold Req.7 15-22, 15% ench. Falchion

I'd like to get a quick PC on the following weapon:

Fiery Falchion of Defense
Fire Dmg: 15-22 (req. 7)
Dmg +15% (while enchanted)
Armour +5

Perhaps a bit less than 100k+20e because the inhernet isn't too popular but definately +5e and up.
