Assuming it's tyrian (uninscribable), salvage the +30hp mod and sell for 10k, if axe stays behind might get ~5k for it.
Don't add anything to it.
If it's inscribable you might get 100k+10-15e for it but still don't mod before selling.

would would the price be if it had 15^50 on it and it is from Tyria

Tyrian req9 15^50 is 100k+20-25e.
