under my name it says Pre -Searing Cadet and under others it says stuff like Krtytan Merchant and Droks Runner

That is your "post count" for this forum.
You change it by posting more often in threads.

Making worthwhile posts in relation to the threads topic.
There is a thread that tells you the different levels there are and the approximate number of posts you have to do to get the "title" under your name.

One thing to keep in mind, just because someone has a fancy title under their name does not mean they are important or the most knowledgeable.
Unless they are a MOD.
