Convert account to key

I've actually wanted a "delete all unlocks" button (with suitable warnings, of course) for a long time. This would sort of accomplish the same thing.
In light of all the account-development stuff (even a little of it intruding on PvE) it'd be cool if there was a way to reset yourself completely. Just starting a new character doesn't do that anymore.

If you do not want to buy another one...well..this idea is really not needed and exploitable.
IF you can get a key, why not trade it or sell it as new right?
Sure it may be tied to your email, but you could have that changed easily enough./not signed

The original suggestion sounds ,like a really easy way for scammers to scam even more people, getting your key back should not happen.
Your saying : "you can make a new account with the same acces as your old account, but without the playtime, characters etc." But i ask why do you need the key, wouldn't a in game command like /reset , which resets every thing like the day you began be just as effective and less exploitable.
If it is simply so you can start over again a /reset option would do the job , but a way to get your key back is just a new way to exploit people.

The only thing about kays that I would like to have, it's the option to use Normal keys to add character slots.
I have an spare Prophecies kay (due to a Birthday present I can't return) that I will never be able to use.
That way people without credit cards could buy two character slots by purchasing an entire game.
