PC on Bow please

Hi i was just wondering how much you guys think this bow is worth, it seems perfect for alliance battle but what do i know lol
anyway heres the stats
Celestial Longbow
15-28 with req 12 *uck*
but hp +30
poison duration + 33%
and damage +20% when health below 50%
cheers

20 below 50 and high req, unwanted mods so maybe 5K or merch it

Salvage the +30hp and sell for 4-5k, if bow stays behind just merch it.
