W/R Maul

Introduction
I was trying to find a way to apply daze with Bestial Mauling. I think Backbreaker is probably the best way to ensure it hits, since no other knockdown lasts as long.

W/R Backbreaker maul

Warrior/Ranger
Level: 20

Hammer Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Beast Mastery: 12

- Backbreaker [Elite] (Hammer Mastery) <-- 4 second knock down
- Crushing Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- deep wound
- Bestial Mauling (Beast Mastery) <-- daze
- Counter Blow (Hammer Mastery) <-- knock down attacking foes
- Tiger's Fury (Beast Mastery) <-- IAS (10 energy though)
- Comfort Animal (Beast Mastery) <-- res pet (you need it for bestial mauling)
- Charm Animal (Beast Mastery) <-- bring pet
- Sunspear Rebirth Signet () <-- res

Sideboard:
- Irresistible Blow (Hammer Mastery) instead of Counter Blow
- Heket's Rampage (Beast Mastery) instead of Tiger's Fury (33% faster instead of 25% faster)
Dropped:
- Otyugh's Cry (Beast Mastery) because of lack of space

Thoughts:
- Daze: probably better than Skull Crack, but better than Broadhead arrow? no.
- no space for heal and speed buff
- on a primary ranger there are no knockdowns, but you could probably go r/w thumper...which is more fragile than a hammer warrior

Shortcomings:
- need to spec Strength for speed buff

For pve, Backbreaker without any way to boost your adren would be waaaayy too ineffective. If you want a cheap kd, use Hammer Bash or Devastating Hammer. I'd also use Flail instead of Tiger's Fury.

Pretty much the sam thing, except xtra damge from Fierce after having used DH,CB... IB is just cool cos if they dont block they get hurt, if they block they land on their ass...

Only problem is energy on the W primary...

this was used in a LOT of thumper builds, and probably works a lot better on a thumper than on a warrior.

long story short, if you want to daze stuff, play a ranger
