big problem with account

ok well this is how it goes
i bought GW if some of u remember me from a long time ago about 1 year 6 months ago and when i bought it i didnt have a email account so i used my dads email to use as an account name because thats what is used for ur account name
then i made an email address for aim msn forums etc
and my dad bought guildwars i was currently using his email so i let him use mines and now how do i change the 2 account names i want to change his account name to his email and my account to my email

Short answer, you can't.

Well if you have never linked it to the store then it should be very easy, at the character select screen there is a button the the botom left that says edit account.Click that , choose change email and then change em, you will need temp email to change the accounts to of course cause you cant swap them at the same time.

If you have linked to the store then i think you have to go to the ncsoft site and do it from there.

Step 1: Change your account to a different (third) e-mail address.

Step 2: Change your Dad's e-mail address to the one you had.

Step 3: (Optional) Change your e-mail address to the one you want.

That should do it.

Sadly you can't, butt. But do try to get in touch with the tech support and see what they'll say. You never know, you might catch them on a good day.

Ive tried but never managed to succesfully change an old email address either, so if you do manage to change email address then post it and no doubt it will help others.
