Introduction
Ever get sick of the enchantment stripping of Critical Agility? want 80 armor even without the darn thing? yeh?...that's what led to this craziness.

"Can't Block This!"
Paragon/Assassin
Level: 20

Leadership: 16 (12+4)
Command: 1 (0+1)
Dagger Mastery: 12

- Aggressive Refrain (Leadership) <-- nonenchantment IAS
- Anthem of Guidance [Elite] (Command) <-- cannot be blocked, trigger for refrain and doesn't scale with Command
- "There's Nothing to Fear!" (Sunspear Skill)
- Jagged Strike (Dagger Mastery) <-- 1 second recharge lead attack, spammable bleed
- Exhausting Assault (Dagger Mastery) <-- exhaustion, essentially unlinked skill
- Wild Strike (Dagger Mastery) <-- break the stances (replacement Wild Throw)
- Leader's Comfort (Leadership) <-- heal
- Signet of Return (Leadership) <-- res

"Can't Kite This!" edition

Paragon/Assassin
Level: 20

Leadership: 15 (11+4)
Command: 7 (6+1)
Dagger Mastery: 12

- Aggressive Refrain (Leadership)
- "There's Nothing to Fear!" (Sunspear skill)
- Crippling Anthem [Elite] (Command) <-- cripple every 1 second
- Jagged Strike (Dagger Mastery)
- Exhausting Assault (Dagger Mastery)
- Jungle Strike (Dagger Mastery) <-- meh offhand attack, but synergizes with Crippling Anthem
- Leader's Comfort (Leadership)
- Signet of Return (Leadership)

Thoughts
It isn't better than an Assassin, but the problem with an Assassin is you cannot carry "There's Nothing to Fear" and enchantment stripping makes Critical Agility a pain in the rear.
Exhausting Assault is essentially an unlinked skill, which is why it is advantageous to use it on a Paragon. I figure with 90 armor under a Centurion's Inscription you will be able to have a lot more survivability.
The actual reason for this was because daggers are the fastest adrenaline builders.

Zealous daggers might help with the IAS but even then it's more tricky than a sin or a regular paragon build.

Aggressive will be also hard to keep up, unless you spam there's nothing to fear between combat. If so your energy will suck too. If you don't casting a 25 energy skill before combat will make your energy run dry.
