I have a few suggestions...

1. "Deaf" Condition. While suffering from Deaf, you cannot be affected by Shouts, Chants, or Echoes. This would help the big Paragon "Overpowering" in PvP, and "Underpowering" in PvE

2. The availability to access the Guild Wars "friends network" without actually having to enter the game. It would be a smaller "chat window" where you could be off playing a different game, or watching a movie on the computer, without using too much ram, or too much space.

3. I know that this has probably been mentioned before..but a Guild Wars casino...a great addition to any MMO. That way "casual players" have a slightly larger chance to win some cash, and the more experienced players can keep playing guild wars, as it can be addicting

2. No. Use IM or IRC programs. GW is a game. You connect to play.
