Did they at that +25 armor cap or not ?

With all the updates, some for only a week, about which I'm not sure if they stayed or were removed afterwards or not. too many updates at once for poor old me.I tried to figure it out but failed.

So did they add the +25 armor cap or not.

All the updates they added are there permanently (including the multi-armor bonus cap of +25) unless they specifically note it on the update site as being removed.
