Giving a low price check, saying you have seen prices "way lower" then asking to buy in game does not fly. If you are going to give a price check, do just that, anything else should not be happening. This is not the high end forum.
I would say that Jay is about right if you are willing to be patient.
If you want a quick sale I'd say about 100-150e will get it out of your inventory quickly.
I've personally been able to find one in game for 100k + 50e before [but I just consider that luck]
