I have a FX 5200 (128mb), and since I reformated my HD I can't really find a good driver to use (Tryed 5 already, from 5x to the newer). With most of Them, my FPS gets between 5-15, and with the older driver (Which I don't know what is), I got like 20-30fps.
It's hard even to play RA and alike.
Anyone who uses the FX5200, and gets good performance, can help me finding a better driver?
Thanks in advance.
Best driver for FX5200

The only thing I can suggest is that you turn down the graphics a bit. In GW, go to Options, then the Graphics tab. Try clicking on "Auto Detect" and see if that helps. If not, you may need to turn down some of the detail levels yourself. (Turn of Anti-Aliasing, if it's on - it requires a lot of GPU power.)

Already tried to lower the graphics settings (Was the first thing actually).
The thing now is:
I can't get past 5 fps, even in the Guild Hall.
No matter the settings, the Post Process, the AA or anything.
That's just too weird.

You might want to see how your system runs without any other programs running in the background, or at the very least, have them minimized so that they don't take up much resources. Also, try temporaritly disabling your anti-virus software or anything else that might be 'monitoring' your system.
