Introduction
How can you keep Critical agility up on a nonassasin? How can you make exhaustion spammable? Those were the problems that led to the design of this build.
Ranger/Assassin
Level: 20
Expertise: 16 (12+4)
Dagger Mastery: 12
Shadow Arts: 3
- Expert's Dexterity [Elite] (Expertise) <--79% faster recharge
- Golden Lotus Strike (Dagger Mastery) <-- energy gain under critical agility, 2 recharge
- Exhausting Assault (Dagger Mastery) <-- 2 recharge
- Jagged Strike (Dagger Mastery) <--almost no recharge, trigger for malicious strike
- Malicious Strike (Critical Strikes) <-- <2 recharge
- Critical Agility (Sunspear skill) <-- critical agility can be upkept since Malicious strike has <2 recharge
- Return (Shadow Arts) <-- get away skill
- Sunspear Rebirth Signet ()
Considerations
- Serpent's Quickness (Wilderness Survival) --> doesn't stack
- Golden Fox Strike (Dagger Mastery) --> isn't energy efficient, cannot be blocked is pointless when the skill has 2 recharge
- Throw Dirt (Expertise) --> maybe instead of Jagged strike, but the cooldown is iffy
- Lightning Reflexes (Expertise) / Whirling Defense (Expertise) instead of return

I hope u created this build only to find a way to use critical agility because i see absolutely no reason to run this. Expert's Dexterity is a bad elite, and it always will be.

Yeah, Never Rampage Alone + typical moebius build is so much more damage in exchange for 20 piddly armor. :/ Still maybe you're on to something here as you have the energy engine to keep expert's going.

WOW 5 energy, a wooping 5 energy, that is so much energy, my merger +3 energy regen cannot handle it, let alone handle spamming it.

And for all that sarcasm... can your whopping 1 energy a second regen cope with a skill that costs 4 energy with a recharge of 2 seconds?

lol, I've tested the combo, and 4 energy with +3 regen is more than manageable, I even managed to fit Keen arrow in. And heck, you can even use a Zealous bow. Incendiary Arrows isn't as good, as it doesn't have the 1/2 cast time and it's a chore having to keep up all the time.
And by the way, if you need to censor you swearing with that "RED GORED" Stuff, wouldn't it just be easier to not bother with it at all?

What exactly are you going to accomplish with a 2 second recharging Distracting Shot for 4 energy? If your trying that hard by speccing 16 Expertise... use Magebane Shot, 13 expertise and put some other skills on your bar that might be useful.
