hi all
ive checked the hero skills vendor and ive noticed that my hero skill points have increased can someone tell me how these increase, is it as they level or do i get them with sunspear promotion? and one last one, what is considered the minimum levels for prophecy and factions characters to get to there respective places where they can travel to elona and get heroes? love the heroes!

1) According to GW Wiki:-

2) For Prophecies characters, once they reach Lion's Arch, they can get the quest Sunspears in Kryta from NPC Lionguard Figo.

For Factions characters, once they reach Kaineng City, they can get the quest Chaos in Kryta from NPC Guardsman Chienpo.
