Whirling Charge is a pretty good skill but you need enchantments to keep it on...so I thought very hard to think of way to stack IAS and speed buff stances, with little luck.
The I stumbled upon Soldier's Fury from the Paragon, which unlike Soldier's Stance is an echo not a stance. This means provided that a shout/chant is up at all times, there can be an IAS and speed buff at the same time.
The second dilemma this was supposed to solve is the hammer warrior's inability to snare under Flail (other than Bull's Strike) meaning it has to cancel stances a lot or spam Protector's Strike.
================================================== ========
Warrior/Paragon
Level: 20
Strength: 9 (8+1)
Tactics: 11 (10+1)
Hammer Mastery: 16 (12+4)
- Sprint (Strength) / Rush (Strength)
- Soldier's Fury [Elite] (Leadership) , 33% IAS under shout or chant
- Soldier's Strike (Tactics), unblockable under shout or chant
- Mighty Blow (Hammer Mastery)
- Whirling Attack (Sunspear skill) <-- AoE, charges Watch Yourself
- "Watch Yourself!" (Tactics) <-- shout
- Lion's Comfort (Strength) <-- heal
- Sunspear Rebirth Signet () <-- res
Considerations:
- "To The Limit!" (Tactics) to instantly charge watch Yourself
- Distracting Blow (Warrior Unlinked) to charge adrenaline instead of Soldier's Strike
-Protector's Strike (Strength) to charge adrenaline with increased swing speed instead of Soldier's Strike but you can be blocked which is why it was left out
Thrown out:
- "For Great Justice!" (Warrior other) because it doesn't last, even with enduring harmony up
-Crushing blow because knockdowns without an elite are not that great (Hammer Bash on an adrenaline bar =

-Irresistible Blow...why bother knocking down when you cannot be blocked under a shout/chant
-Healing Signet because you are using a hammer...aka no shield.
