I just started a new character, then once I started running around with her I realized her name would sound better with a hyphen instead of a space between two of the words.
I'm tempted to delete my character and start another with the same name, and a hypen, but I don't want to go to the effort only to find out that someone else already has the name with a hyphen.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows if a hyphen is going to function like a space, so that my name without hyphen would preclude someone else making the same name with a hyphen, or if it's like a letter, so that the addition of the hyphen would make it a totally different name....Sorry, this sounds confusing, but I'm sure someone out there gets the idea.

Stormlord Alex
You can't add hyphens in names in GW. Or any other punctuation.

I agree with Stormlord Alex, I also tried to make one with a hyphen didn't work.
DarthChar
You can only have English letters in your name.
Matfei
English Letters, no numerics, symbols, or anything else.
HawkofStorms
I can also confirm all of this, no hypens allowed. Tis a shame, I would have really liked to make TK-7764 as a character (a long standing character I've used in a few other mediums).
Iuris
And a good thing that is, too.
Really, what kind of person would make a sword and sorcery character with a name that sounds like a bar code...

HawkofStorms
A person who likes to reference Star Wars... (TK-421 why aren't you at your post?).
