Lingering Curse is a very interesting hex, since it reduces Healing by 50%. The only things that come close are Mark of Death and Defile Flesh. Malign Intervention cannot be cast on nonfleshy creatures so that's out.

i wouldn't recommend it in pve, healing denial is little to not useful, and you cant exactly spam it on each foe.
maybe insert SoLS? that would imply reducing blood by one/two and bumping soul reaping

In retrospect...I'm thinking Signet of corruption would be mighty nice, maybe dropping Auspicious Incantation entirely.
