having trouble farming rit boss

i am currently farming Quansong Spiritspeak. i have no problem killing him with my w/n grenths balance build but when i use doylak signet he can still kd me with earthbound and with his wanderlust. my doylak isint running out and he is kding me. i even tried it ona d/n with fleeting stability and he still kd's me when im not supposed to. i have the fleeting stability up permantely is this a bug that i should report or what the is going on. its not a profitable item i just need it for razah

BTW you should sent a bug report to Anet.... Dolyak strictly states: For 8...18 seconds, you have +10...34 armor and cannot be knocked down, but your movement is slowed by 75%.

i have sent the a bug report and i have even tried a combo of doylak sig balanced stance fleeting stability and balths pengulem and i still get knocked down lol
