The Order Of Pointed Sticks [OOPS]

R/

Hello, we're the Order Of Pointed Sticks [OOPS]. We began last year as a guild of family members, and though we have grown, we still like to maintain that close-knit family feel. We're not a large guild, and likely never will be. We love PvE because it's a great opportunity for us to be able to spend time hanging out together. I'll continue in bullet points because, seriously, who doesn't love bullet points?

Things we're looking for in new members:Friendly and interesting personality A bit of a random sense of humour (not necessary, but a lot of our humour is wacky and random, just to warn you) Maturity - this is somewhat of a recruiting buzzword these days, but in our context we take it to mean having the common sense to discern what is appropriate in situations, and to be able to deal with stress and conflict in a calm and reasonable manner Good communication skills - to be able to express yourself clearly (using correct spelling and typing in complete sentences is extremely helpful) and also to be able to listen well and function as part of a team
Things we don't really care aboutYour age - we have guild members from teenagers to ....undisclosed venerable old ages How active you are - whether you play 10 hours a day, or can only manage to log on once a week, as long as we're having fun together, that's what matters Faction farming or other types of mandatory activities - in fact, we have no mandatory activities at all, seeing as that might turn our fun game into more of a chore
Other miscellaneous pieces of information about OOPSWe are a Kurzick guild Most of our members are in Canada/America We are part of an active alliance that does many PvE and some PvP activities regularly Our official guild food is ice cream. Nothing shall come between us and our ice cream. We have roughly 15 active members, and about 10 more that log on every once in a while to say hi We have vent/TS/Skype options for those who feel safer carrying on voice conversations mid-battle rather than trying to type out long sentences that sometimes lead to the demise of the team due to a certain monk not paying attention and getting too wrapped up in the conversation.....I mean....what was I saying?
That's all for me! We do have a short application we like our new members to fill out, but we'll get to that when the time comes. If you want to know more, give me a shout in-game. You can contact me on my character Arzu Ashurbeyli.
