I wis h there was something called a Hybrid class whcih combines attributes and traits from other classes but you had only one profesion instead of 2, you could choose between being a hybrid class or just have 2 different profesions. Each hybrid class would have 1 secondary attributre form each of the two professions and it would have 1 uniquee secondary atribute and one unique primary attribute for example the "Hexknight" would be a crusader who uses dark powers to channel adreline into Hexs and shadow skills, its secondary attributes would be shadow arts, and Tactics, its unique secondary attribute wold be "Dark Magic" which specilizes in short range close combat Spells And long range Hexs, and its primary attribute would be "redemption" which uses skills that are powered by adreline and they would be buffs that would fuel the hexnights power the longer he was in combat. An example of some skills might be this, "Scourge of Silence" cost:10 energy, sacrifce 20% health, casting time:2 seconds, Recharge time:12 seconds For each recharging Dark magic skill you have this skill reduces a target speed up 25%, the target has weakness for 2-7 seconds, and deals 15-30 dmg. "Grenths will" Cost:5 adreline, casting time 1 second, for 3-7seconds, your physical attacks can ignore armor and cannot be blocked.
Tellm e what yoou think i think it would let chars be orignal and yet retain there own sense of a party role.

Well, what you're talking about is essentially creating new classes. There's no real good way to mix two professions so that it can be automated, so one would have to sit down and think about these hybrid classes for every single combination and write skills for each. I think the last thing Guild Wars wants is to start a legacy that they need to create 'sub' classes for every new class they create. They'd have to keep it up if they started, and why do that when they could simply just create a new class?

It's got 'cool' points, but it lacks practicality (by quite a bit). I know if I were a programmer, I'd get a headache just thinking about how to do this without losing my sanity, and I'd probably lose.
