Basically i want to do abit of farming at the Gate of Anguish, get myself a few decent items. Now what i would like to know is what would be the best build for either tanking in a team or even solo farming if it's possible? Also the best second proffession.

For tanking... The build is some W/E thing, with Obsidian Flesh. I'd recommend checking team builds and the like on PvXwiki.
Dunno about solo farming builds for DoA, though... Most of the builds I've seen and played with rely on not getting hit.
I don't have much else to say, really... The DoA is easily one of the worst designed PvE areas ever, and I refuse to play there now. It's so... boring.
