PC on bugged Celestial Sword?

i dont know if this is bugged or what, i havent seen these mods on a sword before.

Sorry to disappoint you but it's not bugged, these mods exist for an eternity now but they are rare. However they are also in very low demand as well as supply, ~10-20k imo and hard to sell.
