They are sick of hearing us complaining about the nerfs for that we won't get skills descriptions in GW2. You just have to use them here and there to see how they act and that will be funnier (that is how they justify it). They just want to experiment and modify the skills at will without the people freaking out. Good luck guessing what they are modifying with every update. I guess we will be happier blind.
