Troll Farming in Hard Mode, Is it possible?

Does anyone know a way to do this, I can do it on normal mode with my W/R,

Skills:
Cyclone Axe
Apply Poison
Endure Pain
Healing Signet
Bonetti's Defense
Defensive Stance
Sheild Stance
Gladiator's Defense

Basically I just keep a stance on all the time until I kill them, works pretty quickly. I can also kill Tundra Giants if there is 1-3 in a group.

You'd probably get more response from the farming forum.
