WTB 15%dmg always axe and health+30 always shield

Wanting to buy a maxed 15%always axe (slashing not piercing) (required 8 axe mastery or lower), just found out there IS such a thing, was wondering if anyone was selling, and a price range? Also, looking to buy a health+30 always shield, preferably with some stats to it (some recieve dmg would be nice). If someone could give me a price range or supply me with these items, it would be greatly appreciated.
