Ram's hammer - 5-10k, I'd consider salvaging the mods off it.
Wand - Merch, high req and single mod.

Agreed. Rams Hammers are extrememly common/unwanted.

Merch Wand: As Jason said, wands need dual related mods and low attributes to be of any real value.
