Price check on Grinning Recurve Bow

I have recently found this in a chest in FOW:



I have tested it & i belive it has a damage bonus (possibly 15% with no downsides)..

what price can i sell it unidentifed?
what price can i sell it if i add some mod's to make it perfect?

I don't know what to do

It can't have 15% with no negative, that modifier no longer exists as a drop in game.

but You can get a 15^50 while health is above
15/-10 armor and more.

Selling it like that probably 3k
