I'm just curious what you think of the build I put on my Master of Whispers. I play a Warrior so he's more or less just a way to buff me a bit .

13 Blood Magic 7 Soul Reaping 11 Channeling

Order of Pain
Order of the Vampire ( sometimes I take Well of Power)
Splinter Weapon
Strip Enchantment
Blood Ritual
Signet of Lost Souls
Nightmare Weapon
Flesh of My Flesh

I tend to micromanage Nightmare Weapon so he doesn't cast it over Splinter Weapon.

First thing, [skill]order of the vampire[/skill] doesn't stack with other necromancer enchantments, so you need to decide whether to use it with no others, or to use [skill]order of pain[/skill] with [skill]dark fury[/skill]. Running a hero as a dedicated buffer for certain characters is never a good idea, as they will often waste skills on backline characters in an attempt to heal them.
Also, running orders is really not worth it unless you're running an extremely physical heavy build, which doesn't work particularly well in PvE.

You'd be better of running a totally different type of build for PvE, although if you really want a support buffer, you could try a weapon rit with [skill]wielder's zeal[/skill], [skill]offering of spirit[/skill] or [skill]weapon of remedy[/skill] with a few skills such as [skill]wielder's boon[/skill], [skill]splinter weapon[/skill], [skill]weapon of warding[/skill], [skill]vengeful weapon[/skill], [skill]Ancestors' Rage[/skill] and [skill]wielder's strike[/skill].

Nothing wrong with buffing your party, as long as it fits with the team. My warrior tends to run two hench monks, two melee henches, two melee heroes and an orders necro. I prefer OoP over OotV myself, and you can take mark of pain as well for some added aoe. Don't use dark fury, between that and OoP, your necro's risking getting spike killed. If you want an adren boost, use mark of fury. No health sac, and only 5 energy. Takes longer to recharge but much safer for a hero to use. Splinter weapon's good too, but hard to get to a high level if you're using MoP. So I'd take one or the other. Splinter's probably better, but MoP gives points into curses which you can use for other things, plus you can use a rune too.
