Hi im pretty new to buying/selling so is this worth anything?

Blunt Dmg: 16-27 (req 6 Hammer Mastery)
Dmg +14% while health is above 50%
Lengthens weakness duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)
Armor +5

Also i have a few others - would anyone buy these (or parts of these?)
(Gold) Plagueborn Shield
Armor 13 (req 9 Tactics)
Armor +10 (vs Fire Damage)

(Purple) Plagueborn Maul
Blunt Dmg: 19-35 (req 12 Hammer Mastery)
Dmg +17% (while Hexed)
2H

(Purple) Grinning Dragon Axe
Slashing Dmg: 6-25 (req 11 Axe Mastery)
Dmg +14% (while in a Stance)

(white) Skeleton Shield
Armor 16 (req 12 Tactics)

I'm afraid all these items should be merched due to unpopular mods/not being max damage.
