PC Really Old Shield, Rare Mods!

Hey I need a PC on this, i saw a req 7 sell recently in HE, but this one has the max old mod ;p:

Gold Aegis
16 armor (req 8 tacts)
+44 enchanted
dmg -3(10%) - max mod that hasnt dropped for at least a year I think

merche, non max mods, and because it's old it won't sell.
