Yeah that's around what i've been getting today Geko (english-1)
What i've been trying to do is joining a party in english-1 then getting the leader to go into international-1 for the actual mission (because you'll never find any actual people hanging around in international) - problem is half the time they refuse to change districts and I just have to leave the group.
Yeah it fvckin sucks.

Log your problems to Anet direct. If enough people report the problems they will stop treating each one as an isolated fault. I am really fed up with them telling me that my internet connection is at fault.
Do the GW -diag report thing and get them into Anet.
It's a complete waste of time putting on weekend events when the majority of us can't actually get into the event arenas and when we do the lag presents so many problems it's not worth being there.

Anyway, whoever is responsible... I hope the issue is fixed. Rollerbeetle racing is impossible. The event has been sorta ruined for me.

why is this not ANet's issue? I have no problem accessing the web for absolutely anything else, gaming, downloads, exploring etc with download rates of >8 gigs. It's only GW that appears to be having this problem. After last weekends event ping rates returned to only slightly higher than normal with a slight lag in AB maps. During this weeks and last weeks events even PvE maps are suffering lag.
Why can't YOU accept that ArenaNet have a problem? Maybe they need to find an alternative backbone supplier who can guarantee high speed connectivity.

Nineteenth time I have been kicked from the server this weekend.
Cant pick up the Boardwalk Gifts 'cos my character refuses to move around the map due to lag issues.
But hey! Nothing to do with the game I guess.

Seriously i have had this problem for well over a week i couldnt do the faction event which p*ssed me off because i wanted a luxon title, i cant do the festival missions or enter dragon arena because i stick to the spot, sort this out soon because its starting to really take the mick, a few of the people i know on my games design course have already gone back to WoW because of the severe lag and the fact nothing has been done and im seriously considering joining them.

Looking from a commercial point of view:
They don't want to release GW:EN with many players having lag-issues. Those players wouldn't buy the game due to this and it can be a huge income-loss for them (-: So be patient. Plenty of other things to do IRL

Of course its Anets issue, even if it isn't there connections that are at fault people on THEIR game are still the ones suffering.
If it wasn't their issue we wouldn't be on here complaining instead of on the game playing.

Had serious lag issues for over nine days now, Euro district is completely unplayable has been since Friday, tried the international districts and managed, with a high ping 350 - 600 for a couple of days but now even that district is getting bad pings averaging out at 1000+. Basically its bollocks, i am sick and tired of putting up with all this and still no word from Anet, this does not bode well for GWEN at all. Please dont tell me to submit reports i have done this already, and please do not insult my intelligence by saying
"its not Anets fault" either.

yeah i agree anet should of cancelled this event as its put more strain on the whole lag issue, i sent emails last night provided network logs from there diagnostics only then to be told by 3rd mail they are passing it on to someone else, why even host events if this lag is a issue

Yes, the lag has been bad especially the festival weekend. It is so wonderful that they do these weekends, it's a shame we cannot enjoy them as mudh as we could.
It would be better if the prizes were assigned. Even on the American server I was lagging so bad I could not even get the prizes that fell at my feet. So in the future lets assign the prizes like wintersday. That way the really greedy can fight over the afk prizes and the rest of us can just take our assigned share. Or if you really like the fighting over prizes and people screaming to get of my spot drop some assigned and some unassigned.

Can I just give you all some advice which I found to work..........
When you finally get a good connection with no lag, load up each of your characters and move them to low traffic outposts..... you have absolutely no chance of loading characters in Kamadan, Lions Arch etc.

Ok lag has stopped again, very nice pings, so for me no diag analyses to send, was planning for it today. I hope its the same for anyone else. If ANet solved the problem on a permanent basis then compliments, and i hope the share some detailed information with us.

Lag was gone this morning, then again it has gone unplayable!! Almost one week now and I missed loads of GvG this is quite frustrating as we are trying new builds and stuff..
One of my mate sticked to Wow this morning, it amazes me how people can switch to something else just because of one week of lag, doh!!! I have good hope that it's gonna be better in the next few days..

It's not been "just 1 week of lag" for me. It's been completely unplayable/barely manage to login since 1,5 week ago.So I can see why a lot of people are already looking for other games to play. I cant believe it's taking this long to find the damn problem, let alone fix it. I'd really like to hear wtf is going on... Missing 1,5 week of GvG and a whole damn festival SUCKS!

My ping has been fine all today normally it would go okay around 2 or 3 am for some reason but all today my average ping has been 48 and back to normal big difference considering my lag spikes would go as far up as 100k at times maybe it has been fixed in germany its about time, we will see tommorow if its actually been done or i got lucky.

mine has been fine today back to normal for the whole day dont know why im in the uk by the way makes a change to the 100k lag spikes i was getting time to time but ive been green/orange all day which is what i got before the problem and my average has been under 100 all day hopefully the problem has been fixed we will see tommorow i guess.

Iv been getting lag since the start of the weekend (New Zealand btw), Av ping in missions etc is 5k-15k, with
20k+spikes, Av in outposts is around 3k, wich makes moving through an outpost hard. International district seems to get less constant lag bad larger spikes. before the lagfest my ping avergaed 200-300. one of my guildies reported a 60k ping

Lag started today for me, I had it a few weeks ago but hadn't had it for about the past week... today, playing in American or International districts from America, I had a constant 450-600 ping (My normal is like 150-300, or at least that was "normal" in the past few weeks of problems) and often spiked up to 1-1.5k... gg anet, I can't PvP atm... eve online>GW

I had sweet relief yesterday from the lag with better pings than ever (<100ms). Now today it is utterly unplayable again. I feel sorry for those who GvG.
Have there been cut-backs in bandwidth expenses or something? I bet Alex and Gaile will have new Rolls Royces soon.

I am experiencing this lag aswell, but the strangest thing was people could pm me in normal time and I couldnt respond move or whatsoever. People even got upset and called me names for not helping the team and get a better computer etc. If I wanted to play in observer mode I would have entered Observer mode. Minor solution for the problem Anet needs money to do it or speed things up, maybe its possible to give them a small donation of 3 dollars or 5 to speed things up.
