Hey guys I am in search of a cool Tribal Shield with the mask skin on it for my warrior.

I ask that it requires tactics or if it is a VERY low req strength
I do not care if it has mods on it or not as long as I can replace them if I want to.
Please nothing outragously expensive that I will not buy for certain.
